Dr. Horowitz helps individuals and team athletes with their mental performance. Using focused imagery and hypnosis athletes have been helped to improve focus, concentration, stamina, and consistency. He teaches how to get into that productive place, "The Zone", where everything seems to come together naturally.

Zone cues:
While in a guided trance state you will enter your zone state. You learn to create and recognize powerful cues that will bring you to your zone state at will. Using these cues you will be able to allow yourself to be part of your sport rather than just playing it.

Self image:
Discover the beliefs that are holding you back, the fears and doubts about your abilities. Once discovered these beliefs are replaced while in a trance state that employs the power of your subconscious mind to eradicate years of self sabotage and instill the belief that you deserve to win.

Modeling:
Entering a guided trance state where you take on the characteristics of your favorite athlete. You become this person both physically and mentally. Learn to feel what its like to be a champion. Learn to think like a champion. When you awaken from the trance the experiences will be a part of you. This new knowledge will enable you to reach your potential.
